Wine Club allocations consist of 6 or 12 bottles of your choosing 2x/year.
You will receive an email two weeks prior to the upcoming release notifying you it’s time to customize your allotment.
Membership benefits are immediately activated once you complete online signup.
Membership is ongoing until canceled.
Any and all bottles you order at the time of release will receive your club discount of 15%. If you are a shipping member, you will receive free shipping on any additional boxes shipped after paying the initial $35 flat shipping fee. To ensure the 15% Wine Club member discount is properly applied to any additional bottles you’d like to purchase, please contact us at wineclub@turksheadwines.com and we will assist you with placing your order.

Your benefits begin immediately after you sign up. You must take a minimum of two wine club allocations for your membership to remain active. If you cancel your membership prior to receiving two wine club allocations, any discounts or membership benefits you received will be charged back to your account.
CLINK! points cannot be used to pay for your wine club allocation, but you will accumulate points based on the total of your customized wine club allocation at time of processing. You can, however, use CLINK! points to pay for any extra bottles you would like to acquire during the time of release and all Turks Head Wines purchases at The Bottle Shoppe or in the Tasting Room.
Yes! Orders are fully customizable PRIOR to billing. Approximately two weeks prior to a shipment, you will receive an email which offers you an opportunity to make changes to your order before we process it. Once an order has been processed and billed, we are unable to make any changes or refunds.
It is your obligation to update your member account with Turks Head Wines of any changes 15 days before the beginning of a release month. Maintaining your email address is very important. We will send notifications regarding your upcoming allocation, and if you are a shipping member, we will also provide you with any relevant tracking information.

By joining the Wine Club, you authorize Turks Head Wines to bill your credit card on file for wine allocations including applicable shipping and taxes. No bills, no fuss, we simply charge the credit card provided in your account at the time of the allocation release.
Please contact us at wineclub@turksheadwines.com to make arrangements to pick up your allocation at another time. Wines not picked up within 14 days of billing will be shipped to the address we have on file. A $35 shipping fee will be applied and charged at time of shipping.
Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are currently only permitted to ship to the following states: CA, DC, FL, IL, IA, NC, PA, SC, TX, VA. At this time we do not ship outside the United States.
All shipments are shipped ground; please allow 5-7 business days for normal delivery. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped with your tracking information included. If you must receive your order by a certain date, please reach out to our team at wineclub@turksheadwines.com to confirm shipping options and costs.
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your package. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced.
Turks Head Wines is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to mis-directed or re-shipped wines. Should your club shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to re-ship would be at the full rate charged by the common carrier to Turks Head Wines.
Your membership may be canceled after fulfilling a minimum of two release allocations. We hope your membership lasts a lifetime but realize that isn’t always the case.
To cancel your membership, please log in to your account and request that change. You may also email wineclub@turksheadwines.com. Upon cancellation, we will email you a cancellation confirmation. If you do not receive this, your membership may not be fully canceled.
If you cancel your membership prior to receiving two release allocations, any discounts or membership benefits you received will be charged back to your account.
Any orders or shipments that haven’t been picked up prior to cancellation may not be refunded.
If you have received a bottle of wine that you believe is corked or flawed please contact us at wineclub@turksheadwines.com. We are unable to accept returns of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error.
