We currently ship to all US States with the exception of AL, AK, AR, CT, DE, HI, MI, MN, MS, MT, NJ, RI, SD UT. If you are interested in having us ship to one of these states, please reach out to cheers@turksheadwines.com and when we are licensed to ship to your state, we will let you know. At this time we do not ship outside the United States.
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your package. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced.
Turks Head Wines is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to mis-directed or re-shipped wines. Should your club shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to re-ship would be at the full rate charged by the common carrier to Turks Head Wines.
If you have received a bottle of wine that you believe is corked or flawed please contact us at cheers@turksheadwines.com. We are unable to accept returns of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error.
